Hi, my name is Judy. I am the owner and Remedial Massage Therapist of Gentle as a Lamb Massage Practice which is located in Tharwa Road Queanbeyan NSW.

Background
I chose ‘Gentle as a Lamb’ as my business name because I want clients to understand that massage does not have to be painful to be effective. But don’t be fooled, it won’t be ‘soft’ or ‘fluffy’!

I have always had a passion for sport and human movement. Working with elite and amateur athletes for over ten years as a sports trainer and strapper.  Moving into massage therapy was a natural transition as I want to enhance the physical performance of EVERY individual (not just athletes).

I am qualified to provide a range of massage treatments to support your well-being. Whether you are seeking relaxation from the stresses of your life, recovering from injury, or just have general muscle tension, I will work with you to create a treatment plan that will target your specific needs within your level of pain tolerance and financial capacity.
